Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to everything THLEE Inc. ("we", "us") offers under the berserkr.gg name: the website, bots and integrations on other platforms, images generated for sharing, and software we distribute (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy form part of them. Some Services may come with additional terms shown when you install or first use them; where those differ from these Terms, they prevail for that Service.

2. The Services

berserkr.gg presents World of Warcraft® data obtained through the Battle.net API operated by Blizzard Entertainment: PvP ladders, Mythic+ leaderboards, and character profiles and comparisons. Mythic+ run details and specialization damage and healing statistics are built from public combat logs on Warcraft Logs, operated by RPGLogs, LLC. Data is refreshed on a schedule and is not live. A profile reflects a character at the time we looked it up, not the setup used in any particular match. A run detail reflects the combat log a player uploaded to Warcraft Logs, which may be missing, incomplete or removed later.

3. Age

The Services are not directed to children under 14.

4. Your account

You can log in only with a Battle.net account, on Battle.net's own login page. We never receive your password. Logging in lets you see the characters on your account and hide any of them (section 6). You can delete your berserkr.gg account in Settings. Keep your Battle.net account secure; you are responsible for activity under your login.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Services, or access them with automated tools other than search engines that respect our robots.txt;
  • copy, re-host, sell or redistribute data taken from the Services;
  • circumvent or overload our rate limits;
  • use the Services to harass or target other players, or to harm the game, its players or Blizzard Entertainment;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

We may slow down, limit or refuse excessive use.

6. Game data and removal requests

We may collect and display any character in the supported regions from the Battle.net API. If the API no longer returns a character, we delete its stored data. Data received through the API is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. We do not sell, license or transfer that data to anyone.

If you own a character, you can hide it in Settings. Anyone can ask us to remove a character's stored data by emailing dev@thlee.team, whether or not they have an account, and we honor requests forwarded by Blizzard Entertainment. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what remains.

7. Intellectual property

Game data, character and item names, icons and images belong to Blizzard Entertainment or its licensors. Combat log data is provided by Warcraft Logs under RPGLogs' terms. The code, design and text of the Services, and the way we compute and present statistics, belong to us.

World of Warcraft, Warcraft, Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Warcraft Logs is a trademark of RPGLogs, LLC. berserkr.gg is an independent fan project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment or RPGLogs.

8. Software we distribute

Where we distribute software for you to install, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for its intended purpose. You may not modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it beyond what the law allows. Additional licence terms may apply (section 1).

9. No warranty

The Services and all data are provided as is. Ratings, gear, leaderboard positions and account estimates may be stale, incomplete or wrong. The Services depend on the Battle.net API and the Warcraft Logs API, which Blizzard Entertainment and RPGLogs may change or withdraw at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or delete stored data, at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate or unavailable data or by third parties. This does not limit our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms or endangers the Services or their users.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the new version here. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
